The HLURB Central Visayas Region in coordination with the Subdivision and Housing Developers
Association Central Visayas Chapter (SHDA-CV) will be conducting a Developers Skills
Upgrading Seminar on Implementing Rules and Regulations on Real Estate Management and
MonitoringonMay 2-4, 2018at Sabin Resort Hotel, OrmocCity, Leyte.

The said seminar aims to update and enhance the technical capabilities of the developers on recent
policies and amended guidelines affecting HLURB devolved/ retained functions and to come up
with a mechanism on how to fast track the processing/ issuance on permits/ clearances relative to
Real Estate Management.
