“We would add more prodects related to home furnishing . Most of them
would be in Uttar Pradesh.

“we want to continue with a compound annul growth rate of over 30 percent
for the next four to five years band expend our network in the district level
towns of the country,”

Hafizia Art and Crafts Pvt.Ltd. which is primarily in (Home furnishing ) where
hand tufted and crafted products demand are high .

“it may be an additional sources of revenue. We are thinking on those lines


but nothing concrete has happened till now,” he said.

The company currently makes 15 types of products . 11 products incarpet


and 4 products in rugs. And the company trying to make more products
according to customer need .

Last fiscal, the company had added some new products. On being asked
that weather Hafizia Art and Crafts Pvt.Ltd. is facing competition from various
companies, when he starts his compay at that time competition is not so high
but time to time competition is going high and now a days there are a lots of
companies hand crafted products , carpets shaggy polyster etc in sitapur.

The company would focus on it unique design, competitive price and features
to expend its base on the products. It has expend portfolio and moreover it
would focus more on exclusive tie ups with home furnishing .

 It is our continuous endeavor to investigate, identify & make available

the business and in third point we can see that the customer is king of the
market so without customer any thing is not possible. If v-mart provide

Achieved SA 8000 Certification.

2012

Set up new in house sampling unit with the capacity of 25 loom.

2010

Achieved ISO 14001 & Good Weave Certification.

2009

Achieved ISO 9001: 2008 Certification and BSCI Certification.

2009

Participated for the first time in Domotex - Hannover, Germany.

2008
Opened a new showroom in Gurgaon for customer convenience.

2007

Exhibited for the first time in Heimtextil - Frankfurt, Germany.

2006

A new dyeing unit established having dyeing capacity of 3 MT per day.

2005

Participated for the first time in Heimtextil India. Established a new unit with
110 looms for Jacquard woven rugs in addition to existing 357 pit looms.

2005

Hafizia Art & Crafts changed its formation into a Private Limited company
and hence forth known as Hafizia Art & Crafts Pvt. Ltd.

2004

Exhibited for the first time in International Exhibition, Carpet Expo


organized by CEPC in New Delhi.

1999

First direct order exported to France.

1998

A new factory of about 2, 15,000 sq. feet was established to meet high
demand for Hand Woven rugs.

1993

Hafizia indirectly manufactured for IKEA and supported directly and


indirectly around 500 families.
1992

Mr. Hafiz Mohammad Akram laid the foundation of Hafizia Art & Crafts for
manufacturing and trading of handloom durries in Sitapur on a very small
scale, and started supplying to domestic exporters.

DYEING
Our in-house dyeing facility which includes cabinet type yarn dyeing has a
capacity of 3 MT per day. We offer superlative and highly upgraded
dyeing for yarns. To keep environment safe, we have EFFLUENT
TREATMENT PLANT (ETP). ETP discharges used water after process.
WEAVING

We have strong tie-ups with a broad network of nearly 3000 looms in the
textile centres of Sitapur. These include Frame Handlooms, Pit
Handlooms, Jacquard Looms & Dobby Handlooms. To further strengthen
our capacity, two in-house weaving sheds capable of producing 150 looms
each are being constructed. Our production capacity is expected to
elevate to 1, 03,000 sq. mt. per month from existing 80,000 sq. mt. per
month with these invincible looms.

FINISHING & PACKAGING

We provide customized and individualized packaging for each buyer as


per the desired and required specifications. Our packaging facility is
spread over an area of 3500 sq. mt. We keep a close watch on security
issues. For this we have a thorough process of scanning 100% packed
pieces through metal detector. Along with that, we keep proper record of
all sharp tools.

1. To identify the financial strengths and weakness of the company.

understand the profitability of the company.

5. To find out the utility of financial ratio in credit analysis and


determining the
financial capacity of the firm.
Hypothesis

My hypothes is about the HAFIZIA ART AND CRAFTS PVT.LTD. is

that-:

 The company has managing working capital very well.

 The ratio analysis should be in their standard values.


Training Mathodology

Research methodology is the way of systematical solves the research


problem. It may be under stood as a science of studying to how research is
done scientifically. In it we study the various steps that are generally adopted
by a researcher in studying his research problem along with the logic behind
them.

In research methodology we not talk of the research method but also


consider the logic behind the methods we use in the content of our research
study and explain why we are using a particular method and why we are not
using others so that research result are capable of being evaluated either by
the researcher him self or by others.

Secondary data are those which have been collected by someone else and
which have already been passed through the statistical process.
Problems and limitations

While making my research I met with certain limitations by the effect of


which the errors are generated. The following are the limitations which
I faced during my research -:

 The time limit was of one half month .


 The company not allowed me to use their some documents related to
finance which was secret and can only used by the senior officers.
 To perform any step related to research written information should be
provided to them.
 I was not allowed to interfere in their computer systems without a
written permission and only selected data can be allowed to be used.
 There are many work related to merchant which are not repeat in my
time such some order related to products .
 I was not allowed to give any suggestion to the company .
Data Analysis& Interpretation

Data Collection-:

 Data collection is an important aspect of any type of research study.

 Inaccurate data collection can impact the result of a study and


ultimately lead to invalid results.

 Data collection methods for impact evaluation very along a continuum.


At the one end of this continuum are quantitative methods and at the
other end of the continuum are qualitative methods for data collection.
Primary Data

The considerable and divers array of primary data methods includes, e.g.
true experiments such as randomized controlled trials and other controlled
trials; other prospective but uncontrolled trials; other prospective but
uncontrolled trials observationalstudies such as control, cross sectional
studies, and surveillance studies and similar design such as case series and
single case report or anecdotes. This methods can be described and
categories in turns of multiple attributes or detention, such as whether they
are prospective or retrospective, interventional or observational, controlled
or uncontrolled, and other attributes noted bellow. Some these methods
have alternative names and many studies employee nearly limit less
combination of these attributes.

Primary data used in this project is mainly collected through


questionnaire which has been taken with the help of sample size.

Secondary data originally collected for a different study, used again for a new
research question.

 Company need to spend lot on advertising and promotion to create


brand image of its products.

 Making stools in corporate meals like trade fair may be beneficial to


create brand image of it product.

 Need to provide additional offers and discounts as per customer’s


requirement.

 Need to include varieties of similar item.

 Deliver products timely

 Provide better customer service.

 Maintained proper display to create impulse.

 Capacity to Full fill any order regarded our products


Findings

 Most of the customers buy there requirement in Hafizia Art And Crafts
Pvt.Ltd. in the basis of weekly and monthly basis. Customer realized
that Hafizia Art And Crafts provide qualitative product and service with
responsible price.

 At present time Hafizia Art And Crafts Pvt.Ltd provide different type of
product assortments to the customers.

 Hafizia Art And Crafts Pvt.Ltd is hypermarket as it provides various


kinds of goods like-: shaggy Carpets , curtains , rugs , cusions etc item
and many more. It competes with all the specially company of different
products which provides goods at a discounted rate all through the
year.

 Hafizia Art And Crafts Pvt.Ltd mainly deals with international buyers
group people who want qualitative product with responsible cost.

 The customers are response for most powerful Showroom catlog .


Hafizia Art And Crafts Pvt.Ltd. we can also interpret that the Bhagwati
Exports comparison is more powerful attract with competors and
tendors .

Recommendations

Company is posting good results year on year. With its current issue, the

equity would increase by Rs 18 Corers (approx)which brings the P/E ratio to

Rs 26.8 to Rs 29.5 (based on upper band and lower band of issue price).P/E

of its peers is ranging between Rs 50 to Rs 230. This means the issue is

priced on the higher side. Care has assigned the IPO Grade-3 to this offer

(One a scale of 5 to 1 where 5 refers good and 1 refers bad) which means

“Average fundamentals”. Investors can wait and watch before investing in

such IPO.
Conclusion

After completing this research we come to know that there are no lots of

textile firms in sitapur because of this prime location and higher production

range. Shoppers stop is new in sitapur as compared to with other citis and it

is slowly covering its market. But there are few areas where these products

makes . These suggestions are maintained in these firms. Advertising is not

important for increasing sales promotion and Hafizia Art and Crafts pvt.ltd.is

ahead of shoppers’ stop in that case, but product quality of shoppers’ stop is

better than other firms .

Overall Hafizia Art and Crafts pvt.ltd. ahead of Shaggy Carpet' sell

products nationally and internationally.
