and/or EDGAR Y. RUSTIA, both of legal age, Filipinos, and with address at Unit 9
Albulario Bldg. II, Gen. Maxilom Ave., Cebu City, to be my true and lawful attorneys-in-
fact, in my name and stead, to do the following acts, to wit:

1. To apply for, process, follow-up and receive a Business Name

Registration Certificate for Sole Proprietorship with the Department of
Trade and Industry (DTI);
2. To submit the documents that may be required in connection
therewith; and
3. To pay the attendant fees therein.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorneys full power and
authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorneys shall
