CORPUZ, at his residence at BLK 34 LOT 37 KRYPTON STREET, ECOLAND, DAVAO CITY , the
principal amount of PESOS: THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P300,000.00), on or
before AUGUST 15, 2017.

P300,000.00, which I granted you last July 15, 2017 and due August 15, 2017, as
evidenced by the promissory note dated July 15, 2017.

I am hoping that you will uphold your promise as I also need the money for some
personal reasons.

SET-OFF AGREEMENT

This Set-Off Agreement is entered into as of September 1, 2017 by and among Lino Bartolome
and Ace Corpuz, residents of Blk 34 Lot 39 Krypton Street, Ecoland, Davao City and Blk 34 Lot
37 Krypton Street, Ecoland, Davao City, respectively.

That in accordance with what has been agreed upon by the parties, the P250,000.00 obligation
of Lino Bartolome to Ace Corpuz has been set-off with the obligation of Ace Corpuz to Lino
Bartolome of the same amount and that the remaining balance of P50,000.00 which Lino
Bartolome owed Ace Corpuz shall be payable on or before March 30, 2018.

P50,000.00, which I granted you last July 15, 2017 and supposedly due August 15,
2017, as evidenced by the promissory note dated July 15, 2017. However, in full
compliance with our set-off agreement on the first P250,000.00, the due date was
moved on April 3, 2018 for you to comply with the P50,000.00 remainder.

I am hoping that you will uphold your promise as I also need the money for some
personal reasons.
