A. ACTIVITY: Semestral School Recognition SY 2018-2019

B. OBJECTIVES: As per DepEd Order no. 23, series of 2016, Parent-Teacher conferences shall be
conducted every quarter. The conference is intended to appraise the parents on the progress of
performance of their children and ensure parental involvement in school activities.

L. NARRATIVE REPORT
Last November 23, 2018, the Semestral School Recognition for SY 2018-2019 was held for
the purpose of recognizing students who excelled in academics.
The activity started with an opening program in the ff. order: Invocation, National Anthem, Himno
ng Olongapo, Awit ng Rehiyon. Mrs. Edelyn Dean gave the Opening Remarks as she is the Testing
Coordinator. The Distribution of Awards ensued that resulted in the awarding of Certificates of
Recognition for all 77 students from various strands. The Closing Remarks was delivered by Mam
Shermein F. Sunga, the ABM Subject Head. Master of Ceremony

activity.
Teacher Alexis Sol Ganaden with GAS 12 awardees as their adviser is on Official Business at the
Division Office. Ms Ganaden is the Adviser of GAS 11.

Adviser Mam Edelyn Deang smiling proudly with her advisory class. STEM 12. Almost everybody
made it to the list. The STEM class has been consistently raking awards for the school in the past few
months.
