ACCREDITING MOUNT YANGBEW RIDERS ASSOCIATION IN THE SPECIAL BODIES

OF THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, forwarded to this Sanggunian is the application for accreditation

of the Mount Yangbew Riders Association;
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Department of Interior and Local Government
Unit (DILG) Memorandum Circular No. 2016-97 dated July 19, 2016, SP Resolution
No. 96-345 dated March 11, 1996 and Provincial Ordinance No. 16-198 dated
November 14, 2016, the documents needed for accreditation were submitted;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Fernando M. Balaodan, Sr, duly
seconded, be it;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby done, to approve the accreditation of Mount
Yangbew Riders Association in the Special Bodies of the Province of Benguet;
RESOLVED FURTHER AND FINALLY, to forward this resolution to Hon.
Crescencio C. Pacalso, Provincial Governor, for his information. Let a copy hereof
be furnished the Mount Yangbew Riders Association thru Mr. Francis S. Abul,
President, for its information;
