CONTRACTUAL

EMPLOYEMENT CONTRACT

Dear Ms. Valdez,

We are pleased to appoint you as ACCOUNTING STAFF on a Contractual Status with a


basic salary of THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO PESOS (Php 382.00) per day effective
May 20,2010 up to October 20,2010.

The company is presently assigning you at the E-Binggay Services Inc. It reserves the right
to make use of your services in any area of its operation and should the need arise, shift your
services to those critical areas. A review by your supervisor of your performance and
effectiveness in relation to the work assigned to you will be executed. If found to have met the
minimum standards set for the position, you shall be recommended to a Probationary Status
of employment, to take effect after the expiration and completion of the (5 months
contractual period) on (October 20,2010). However, if you fail to meet at least the minimum
standards for the position, the engagement will immediately be terminated.

In the performance of your duties, you shall report directly to your immediate superior who
shall explain to you the duties and responsibilities of your position.

You shall acknowledge, accept and admit that reason of your work with the company you
have access to confidential and/or secret information, data, documents, processes, trade
secrets and other similar matters. Because of these, you agree not to disclose, reveal or

divulge the same to anyone
without the written authority if the company, which will be prejudiced by it. Any inventions, new
matters or intellectual property of the company, and likewise, if and when you severed your
relationship with the company, you shall not be employed, invest in or run a business of your
own or with others which would involve the said secret information, data or documents which
you have accessed while working in the company. Should you violate the aforementioned
conditions, you shall be liable for damages in any legal action, which the company may file
against you by reason of said violation.

If the aforementioned terms and conditions stated herein are to your complete understanding,
kindly signify your conformity by affixing your signature on the space provided.

We welcome you to E-Binggay Services Inc. and trust this will be the start of a mutually
meaningful and lasting relationship between you and us.
