Energy planning: Concept

Energy planning is a process that develop or

modify policies in order to help to guide the
future of a local, national, regional or even
global energy system.
Energy planning: Importance

• Energy is very important for the country’s

development.

• Energy planning shows the country’ specific

situation and allows to establish energy goals in
different sectors.

• Energy planning is a fundamental tool of energy

policy.
