AFFIDAVIT CUM UNDERTAKING

l/We, DK Sharma S/o Sh. Prakash Sharma and Mrs. Vidhi Sharma W/o Sh. DK Sharma R/o HGYTU , do
hereby solemnly affirm, declare, undertake and agree to indemnify as under:

That I/ We have booked a Residential Flat/ Villa/ Plot bearing unit No 314 in 3rd Floor Tower LR 02 (Lifestyle
Residency) admeasuring 1310 Sq ft. proposed to be built/ developed in “City of Dreams” at Sector 116, Kharar
Landran Road, Village Santemajra, Tehsil Kharar Distt. SAS Nagar, Punjab herein after referred to as the
said "Unit) by M/s Credo Assets Private Limited having its registered office SCO 146-148, First Floor Sector
43B, Chandigarh (hereinafter referred to as the said Company")

1. That We have made payment of Rs. 46000/- (Rupees forty six thousand only) towards the booking and
installment of the said Unit in the aforesaid project and the Company has issued the following Receipt(s) to
me/us
i) Receipt No 182 dated 24-06-2018 for Rs. 21000/- (Twenty-One Thousand)
ii) Receipt No 362 dated 05-08-2018 for Rs. 25000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand)

2. That I/we have executed an Allotment Letter/Agreement dated 24-06-2018 for provisional allotment of the said
unit by the Company

3. That l/we have not entered into any further agreement, contract, understanding etc. with any person for
assignment of my allotment right in the said Unit, nor have created any liens, charges, mortgages, encumbrances
etc on the said Unit
4. That now l/we wish to surrender the booking of said Unit in the aforesaid project to the Company willfully,
voluntarily and without any undue pressure/ coercion and requested the Company to complete the formalities as
per the terms of the Application Form/ Agreement executed by me/us

5. That I/we have agreed that the Company shall refund Rs. 46000/- (Rupees forty six thousand only) less
applicable TDS (If any) to me/us the amount in accordance with the terms of the Application Form/ Allotment
letter/ Agreement executed by me/us after forfeiting the earnest money/ other agreed amount against
cancellation of my/our booking (herein after referred to "Refundable Amount").
6. I/we hereby submit! surrender the original copy of the Allotment Letter That Agreement, aforesaid Receipt(s)
and other relevant application form. documents etc. with the said Company for cancellation and I/we swear and
affirm that the said receipt(s), application form, documents etc. are genuine and authentic and have not used the
photocopy of the said document for any other purpose

7. That we undertake that, upon cancellation of my/ our allotment right in the said Unit at my/ our request by the
said Company, neither l/we nor anybody else claiming through me/ us, shall have any right, title, interest etc. in
the said Unit and the company is free to deal with the said Unit at its sole discretion

8. That we further undertake that, upon receipt of the said Refundable Amount neither l/we nor anybody else
claiming through me/ us, shall make any further claim against the said Company based on the said receipt(s),
application form etc. and I/we bind myself/ ourselves to deal with any such claims on my/our own and keep the
said Company absolved of any liability in this regard

9. That in case the said Company suffers any losses, damages or claims, consequent to its refund of my/our
said Refundable Amount as aforesaid based on my/our aforesaid representation/ documentation, I/ we undertake
to indemnify and keep indemnified the said Company and its staff and employees and the said nominee(s) to
the extent of such losses, damages or claims
