Strengths Areas for Development

Commitment to the Fatima was professional at her

Profession class as a teacher because she
was preparing before the class I
notice that she makes sure that
all the materials are safe and
enough also she was able to
access the internet. About the
activities she was very prepared
and she put them in container for
each student, also when she deals
with the students and her way of
teaching I was happy to see her.

Planning for Learning I noticed that my colleague
Fatima provide a good math
lesson with a good activates and I
saw that the children where
existed.
However, Fatima didn’t have
differentiation because some
students were too fast and the
activities was easy for them. I think
she may have difficult activities for
them to avoid have messy class and
they don’t disturbed their friends
while they are doing their activity.
