Several Companies have an interest in Employee fitness because many Employees have
health issue problems. Now, more and more Employees asked for assistance with health-
related issues. For twelve years, employees are frustrated about the cost of health
insurance and their medical bills.
We believe that to help reduce costs and benefit for our company and save lots of money
for all employees from their health insurance. Employees want a Fitness center for
discount and to reduce a few hours a week from work to help improve their health and
help to increase muscles to get stronger. Company would make an offer to employees to
get a discounted membership rate that's as low $83 dollars a month for a family if they
agree to use the facility at least 12 times every 30 days.
In near future, Employee's benefit from lower health insurance costs and the company
would save near 50% creating a win/win! If Employee's health improving while they
attend fitness center, definitely would save the company lots of money without having

Why should we build fitness center for employee use? This report explains why or how
happen with positives and negatives for risk, benefits, and costs. For employees can make
decision whichever they want to choose before go to work or during lunch, breaktime,
after work. Or Employees can go to any fitness center by near home area. The Company
willing to make offer to all employee’s lowest rate is $83 dollars a month for use facilities
and Employee's benefit from lower health insurance costs and the company would save
near 50 percent!
Since many decades ago, lots of employees health is really mess up! Millions of employees
who smoke cigarettes because they thought that cigarettes awesome and cool, showoff!
you can see manufacturing smoke cigarettes company like on billboard or commercial on
TV, advertising cigarettes at store windows. That’s how next generation family cause risk
of secondhand smoke. American Cancer Society say Secondhand smoke has the same
harmful chemicals that smokers inhale. There's no safe level of exposure for secondhand
smoke (SHS) Employees had eating behavior, these days, food and drink are available in
most venues of everyday life. as of 2002, there were over 500,000 food-service
establishments in the united states and an additional over 150,00 stores where food and
beverages could be purchased. Now typical American supermarket carries 45,000 items
and consumer portions served by restaurants and fast food establishments are often
double the size of current recommended USDA serving size. Problem is for poor family
who cannot afford to buy nutrition or go to fitness center, that’s how cause for next
generation children who has health issue problem, and been suffer all through until

blood pressures, poor nutrition and etc. That’s reason why Most company feel bad and
worries about employee's health issue. It’s not about the money. It’s about part of family
at company! Company made decision and best interest for all employees go to Fitness
