EP additives containing Sulphur, zinc or phosphor, boron compounds, nitrite, nitrite
releasing substances, formaldehyde, formaldehyde releasing substances, amines, di-
ethanolamine, nitrosamines, heavy metals, PCP, PCB, PCT, TCDD or other dioxin-
containing substances.

2. Only Original Product Manufacturer (OPM) or authorized dealer/distributor of the OPM shall be
able to quote for this bid.

3. The supply shall be made in 3 equal instalments in four months duration or as per request of the
concerned RRCAT Engineer. Payment will be done to supplied oil within a period of one month.

4. The coolant oil is to be supplied in a pack of 200 liters and the multiple of 200 liters in sealed
original company pack (or any other standard packing size available with the supplier, in OEM
packing), within 15 working days after placing a demand letter.
