EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Critical Review project paper was for students who take the subject of Investment
Analysis. This project students need to find the two journal based on the related topic
of unit trust in Malaysia. The main purpose of this project paper was to help students
synthesize course concepts and apply them to research in Investment issues.This can
be accomplished by answering some questions and writing a short review or critique
of the published research. So, the students was easy to understand the subject. Besides
that, the objective of the project was to develop an interest among students to engage
in any task manifested in their active participation and involvement in the task and
also to recognize the students efforts in completing the task by displaying their work.
In the first part of the project paper begins with the Introduction of the two Journal
explained by based on the Title of the journal and the person who researched Journal
the names of authors and also the date of published the Journal. The introduction
mainly describe by the Journal information. Moreover, Summary of journal show the
abstract summarize such as purpose of the journal, finding and methodology. In the
second part of the project paper start with critical review describe based on the
purpose of study journal, the hypothesis of journal and the problem of journal. Under
critical review also explained about the review of the literature, Design and
procedures and also the data analysis presentation. Furthermore, the Review of the
Literature show the cited sources relevant, review to broad or too narrow the
references recent and evidence of bias. In additional, The Design and procedures was
includes research methodology used, it a replica an original study, measurement tools
used the procedures structured, pilot conducted study, the variables and the
sampling performed. The Data Analysis and presentation show the describe of data
analyzed, data qualitative or quantitative, the findings support the hypothesis and
purpose and the weaknesses and problems discussed. The last part of the project paper
describes the conclusions and Implication was apply the conclusions of the study
related to the original purpose,implications discussed the results and recommendation.
 RECOMMENDATION

Form all of our assessment for this journal, we can make some
recommendation based on the article. Therefore, for the recommendation of first
article the author will gave more evidence based on the issues and also more details
for future research. For example is we can understand more easily about the journal
by what the author was try to share the information. Besides that, the recommendation
for second article is the author will using different approach for performance
evaluation of managed portfolios in the domestic fund market and international fund
market. Because the different approach helpful to determine the right method to solve
the problem. So the right method is studied in this article gave ideas to plan
appropriate training pattern to enhance their talent.
