Dear Maam,

I would like to ask for your approval to let me attend the Technical Training Workshop on the
following topics: Complex Programmable Logic Device, Field Programmable Array and
Arduino on March 5 to 8, 2018 which will be held at HPI Training Hub situated in Quezon
City. The said training workshop will be sponsored by Hytec Power Inc.

This is a good opportunity for me as a faculty and the institution to engage with the current
trends in technology, especially that the topics covered will be in line with the new curriculum
in engineering as provided by CHED. It also intends to deepen participants’ understanding of
the new subjects offered for the new curriculum particularly in Computer Engineering. The
registration fee is free of charge and the accommodation will also be free but on a first come
first serve basis.

In lieu, I would like to ask for the budget as presented on the table below
