I, Syed Tariq Hashmi S/o Syed Mumtaz Ali R/o B-99, Shaheen Bagh Okhla,
Jamia Nagar, New Delhi 110025 do solemnly affirm and state as follows :-

1. That the name of the creditor of the abovenamed company is Mr. Syed Tariq
Hashmi S/o Syed Mumtaz Ali and Mrs. Ghazala Hashmi W/o Syed Tariq
Hashmi, both being R/o B-99, Shaheen Bagh Okhla, Jamia Nagar, New
Delhi 110025.
2. The abovenamed company was, at the date of order winding-up the same*
viz. the 11th (Eleventh) day of January 2017 (11.01.2017), and still is, justly
and truly indebted to me in the sum of Rs. 4,50,000/- (Rupees Four lakhs
fifty thousand only) alongwith assured return of @ Rs. 4517 per months
from 01.04.2015 till date in respect to the booking bearing no. VA-1253,
Tower-II, 12th Floor, 100 Sq. Ft. in the project of the abovenamed company
i.e. Cosmic Corporate Park situated at sector 154, Noida Expressway,
Noida-201301, U.P., for which I made agreed payments to the abovenamed
company and an MoU dated 01.10.2013 was executed but as the
abovenamed company have failed to pay assured returns and honor other
terms of the MoU dated 01.10.2013, therefore, a settlement dated
 31.03.2016 was arrived at between me and the abovenamed company
through its director Mr. Nishant (Shekhar) Muttreja vide which the company
agreed to pay the amount of Rs. 5,09,001/- (Rs. Five lacks nine thousand
and one only) by way of Postdated Cheques and the full particulars of the
said claim are annexed hereto and marked Exhibit ‘A’.

3. In respect of the said sum or any part thereof, I say I have not, nor have my
partners or any of them, nor has any person, by my/our order, to my/our
knowledge or belief, for my/our use, had or received any manner of
satisfaction or security whatsoever, save and except the following : -
a) Cheque bearing No. 095407 dated 15.05.2016, for Rs. 59,001/-
drawn on IDBI Bank, Derawal Nagar, Delhi. (Cheque duly honored).
b) Cheque bearing No. 095408 dated 15.06.2016, for Rs. 50,000/-
drawn on IDBI Bank, Derawal Nagar, Delhi. (Cheque dishonored)
c) Cheque bearing No. 095409 dated 01.07.2016, for Rs. 1,00,000/-
drawn on IDBI Bank, Derawal Nagar, Delhi. (Cheque dishonored)
d) Cheque bearing No. 095410 dated 15.07.2016, for Rs. 1,00,000/-
drawn on IDBI Bank, Derawal Nagar, Delhi. (Cheque dishonored)
e) Cheque bearing No. 095411 dated 01.08.2016, for Rs. 1,00,000/-
drawn on IDBI Bank, Derawal Nagar, Delhi. (Cheque dishonored)
f) Cheque bearing No. 095412 dated 16.08.2016, for Rs. 1,00,000/-
drawn on IDBI Bank, Derawal Nagar, Delhi. (Cheque dishonored)
