coached all but the last two years, with his most recent position
being boys varsity coach at Linn (2013-2016), where the team was
fortunate enough to play in a 2A District Championship every year,
winning the first two.

Finished last year 26-5 and a second place finish in the state 2017 – 2018 Record : 26 – 1

The Pintos are hoping to improve on a 9-15 season. We finished last Last season we were 15-12 and lost to Crocker in the semi-finals in

Junior Zach Voss). We also return two varsity players; Senior Collin
Riemensnider, and Sophomore Gabe Plemmons. We bring up three
players from JV who went 16-3 last season; Junior Easton
Blankenship, Sophomore Jake Whittle, and Sophomore Issac Lawson.
So far this season we are 3-1 and took 2nd in our Frisco-League
Conference Tournament. We have a good group of players and look
forward to a competitive season.

We return 6 players that played significant minutes for us as we Last year’s record – 18-11

for our younger players to step up as the season progresses to
provide us with depth. We should be more consistent inside and
outside and should be very balanced offensively. Defensively we
should be strong as our experienced players have a good handle of
what we want to get accomplished. Our expectations are very high
and feel our schedule will challenge us to prepare us for the post
season.

Jefferson City Jays Miller Career Academy Phoenix

The Jays are coming off an 11-13 season, but second-year head coach Miller Career Academy Phoenix boys team finished with a (12-14)
Mark Anderson is excited about the 2018- 19 campaign and likes the overall record in 2017 season. Miller graduated nine senior varsity
depth and chemistry of this year’s team. The Jays return several key players is is currently building towards future success. Fueled with
players from last year’s squad, including seniors Ryan Brooks, Levi fresh young talent consisting of five sophomores, 6 juniors and lead
Jobe, and Hudson Nilges, juniors Ben Folz and Brennan Jeffries, and by senior guards Chaz Lovett and Vincent Jackson, Miller Phoenix
