Reflection (Measurement)

On 31st October, my MST observe me in measurement lesson tall and short. She gives me
excellent in reflection on practice, because I know my mistakes. Her overview of the lesson
was that all the students were able to understand what it tall and short and the difference
between them. Areas of development is to make all the student participate in the circle time.
Focus for next lesson is that to make activity more challenging. As well she like that reward
system that I made it. Because According to Skinner, he created the operant condition
theory. It is when behaviour is controlled by consequences. He believes that behaviour is a
major. Part of development. Children develop by a change in behaviour.
