MCT/ MST recommendation Needs to focus more on assessment tools to assess student’s learning .

Goal -Observe the MST’s assessment tools and strategies.


-Ask the MST about the things she uses for assessing the children.

Action Points -Started to use assessment tools on the lessons for example there are a big chart in the class which has
three faces each face represents a level of understanding. The first one: I can do the activity & help my
friends, the second one: I can do it with help, the third one: I need more practice and help.

MCT/ MST recommendation Needs to ask more questions.

Goal Observe the kinds of questions that the teacher asks.

Action Points Started to ask as much as possible questions on my lessons. Especially when reading story because it
engages the children to the story.
