from 11-13 June 2018 – Request for submission of transaction details

Sir,
With reference to the above subject under references, it was requested to send the copy of
the transaction details of the allotted amount of ₹ 2, 44, 8 00/- as Programme fee to ASCI,
Hyderabad for the training programme on “Environmental Impact Assessment for Projects”
conducted during June 11 to 13, 2018 . This might have been transferred to the beneficiary account
then. The details of such transactions made by your Division, is yet to be received at this end.
Therefore, the UTR details for correcting their accounts is required to be furnished to ASCI,
Hyderabad in their E- mail ID: gbs@asci.org.in . The details of enclosures are hereby attached for
reference.

In this context, it is requested to furnish the copy of the details of transactions of the amount
to the undersigned within two days for taking necessary action at this end.

This may be treated as MOST URGENT.
