Affidavit of Support

I, Mr. S/o , Muslim, Adult, Holder of CNIC No. , permanently

residing at House No , do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under;

1. That I am deponent of this affidavit and well conversant with the facts mentioned herein
and nothing has been concealed or miss-declared.

2. That I am real Father of , holding Pakistani Passport No. , who

wishes to pursue his higher studies in Australia.

3. That during his stay I will bear all the expenses of my son, including his tuition fee,
boarding and lodging, or any other expenditure along with education al expenses.

4. That I assure you that he will abide by all the rules and regulations during his stay in
Australia.

5. That I assure you that after completion of his studies he will come back to Pakistan.

6. That the above statement is based on the facts and nothing has been concealed.
