f. Be responsive and timely – reachable at all times
g. Give your clients notable updates.
h. Commit and meet that deadline
i. Be a commercial adviser
j. Listen to the concerns of the clients
k. Looking for new ways and adding value
l. Treat your clients like their your only trial
m. Turn relationships to friendships
n. Think of your brand.
