SEQUENCE atau SISTEM KENDALI

Istilah sistem kendali dalam teknik listrik adalah suatu peralatan atau sekelompok peralatan
yang digunakana untuk mengatur fungsi kerja suatu mesin dan memetakan tingkah laku
mesin tersebut sesuai dengan yang dikehendaki. Fungsi kerja mesin tersebut mencakup
antara lain menjalankan (start), mengatur (Regulasi), dan mengehentikan suatu proses kerja

Sistem kendali mempunyai 3 unsur yaitu input proses dan output

2. Tekan Tombol PB1=X20 maka PL2=Y21 dan Indikator Run = Y1 ON
maka orang boleh menyeberang sampai waktu sekitar 25 detik dan
Indikator Stop = Y0 dan PL1 = Y20 ON lagi

4. X3 = Sensor untuk mengitung balok yang lewat
5. Jika balok yang lewat mencapai 10, maka PL3=Y22, Rotary Lamp = Y7 (yellow)
dan Y3(Buzzer) ON

PL1 = Y20 = Conveyor ON


PL2 = Y21 = Conveyor OFF

4. X3 = Sensor untuk mengitung balok yang lewat
5. Jika balok yang lewat mencapai 5, maka PL2=Y21, Rotary Lamp = Y5 (red) ON
6. Jika balok yang lewat mencapai 10, maka PL3=Y22, Rotary Lamp = Y6 (green) ON
5. Jika balok yang lewat mencapai 15, maka PL4=Y23, Rotary Lamp = Y7 (yellow) dan

1. Selector SwitchSW1=X24 posisi ON, maka PL1=Y20 dan Rotary Lamp=Y5(red)
ON = power pintu ready
2. Tekan terus Tombol PB1=X20 maka pintu terbuka ke atas dalam waktu 20 detik
dan dibatasi X1(Upper Limit), PL2=Y21 dan Rotary Lamp =Y6(green) ON
3. Tekan terus Tombol PB2=X21 maka pintu tertutup ke bawah dalam waktu 20 detik
sampai menyentuh X0(Lower Limit), PL3=Y22 dan Rotary Lamp = Y7(yellow) ON

PL1 = Y20 = Ready ON


PL2 = Y21 = Door Up ON
PL3 = Y22 = Door Down ON
PL4 = Y23 = Spare

ON = power pintu ready
2. Tekan Tombol PB1=X20 maka pintu terbuka ke atas sampai menyentuh X1(Upper
Limit), PL2=Y21 dan Rotary Lamp =Y6(green) ON
3. Tekan Tombol PB2=X21 maka pintu tertutup ke bawah sampai menyentuh X0
(Lower Limit), PL3=Y22 dan Rotary Lamp = Y7(yellow) ON
4. Jika dalam waktu 100 detik, pintuk belum ditutup maka pintu menutup dengan
sendiri

PL1 = Y20 = Ready ON
