Account Description: CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce) is a leading Canadian-

ratio of 13.9%.Bank has two major businesses - CIBC Retail Markets and wholesale Banking
focused in Canada and around the world.

Responsible for complete CIBC account single point of contact for all Project Management
activities

Delivery Excellence:

 Ensure all reports are sent to the stakeholders in time.

Responsibilities:

 Responsible to handle the several projects and check regular updates of the projects
 Responsible to report to the upper management about the progress of the projects
 Reviewing the project regularly, and highlighting the changes, if any
 Responsible to maintain daily, weekly, and monthly report, and send it to the Senior
Manager
 Coordinating with the several departments of the organization
 Assisting Program Managers and Project Managers in completion of the projects
 Notifying resources when delinquencies.

• Back Ground Check Verification:

 Ensuring that the appropriate background checks are conducted on the resource
who got selected for the account.
 Reviewing the background check report and advising the appointing manager that
the final candidate is cleared or not.
 Maintaining Back ground check documents of all the resources in the account for the
audit purpose.

• Utilization metrics:

 Evaluate the utilization metrics percentage across PDM/Technical panels for both
weekday and weekend, work with WFM on discrepancy cases.
 Generating and maintaining crucial reports like Panel Database clean up, Panel
Forecast, Week day vs Week end Panel Mobilization Metrics for all the Service Lines,
New Panel Empanelment Process

Operations Management:

 Coordinate with the Delivery Executive in Managing the Operational Excellence and
Delivery Excellence in the Project.
 Ensuring the control functions are accurately completed with the agreed client SLAs
 Preparation of weekly, Monthly and Yearly reports on demand.
 Work with the Project Managers in organizational initiatives and account growth
initiatives
 Participate in the Governance Calls with Clients and work with the DPE on Presentations
to the clients.
 Responsible for understanding, analyzing and tracking various project metrics and head
count particulars.
 Interacting with leadership team to plan risk mitigation, taking charge of account review
audits and presentation.
 Co-ordination with Competency Leads along with SSP Leads and Hiring Leads for
supply issue and correcting the Demand –Supply mismatch
 Providing support to Project Managers / Program Managers / PMO team at onshore
 Generating reporting documents as well as presentations and other relevant documents.
 Ensuring project documentation is kept up to date and relevant
 MOMs and Project Documentation
 Effective Co-Ordination in the arrangements for the Client visits.
 Handled more than 200 Project Resources which includes the Program Managers, Project
Managers, Developers and Testers and have taken complete ownership of the on-
boarding and Off boarding independently.
