Training Evaluation of Government Employees: The case of Management and Professional Development
Department.

Explanation:

My research project is about the evaluation of the training program organized for government
employees in the Management and Professional Development Department. As newly recruit
employees are the useful assets for the organization, so the resources and effort employed by
the organization for their development must coped up with the changing requirements of the
world.
For training evaluation purpose I use the Kirkpatrick four step model. First step is reaction of the
employees towards the training program. Second step is learning and third step is Behavior and
lastly it is Output of the training program. In the first step, employees reaction is measured
through interview and in the learning step, through pre- and posttest, employees’ learning is
evaluated and in the third step, there attitude or behavior is measured once they back on their
job and lastly recommendation either their performance is enhanced or not.
