DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed is made, executed and entered into by and between ____________, of legal age, single,
Filipino, and with residence and postal address at _________________, hereinafter referred to as the
VENDOR; and _________________, both of legal age, Filipinos and with residence address at
__________________, hereinafter referred to as VENDEES.

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the absolute and registered owner in fee simple of a parcel of

WHEREAS, the VENDEES have offered to buy and the VENDOR has agreed to sell the above

VENDEES to the VENDOR, the VENDOR hereby sells, transfers, and conveys by way of Absolute

parcel of land together with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances
of whatever nature except the encumbrance/restriction denominated as Entry No.
