Emaar MGF Land Limited, one of India’s leading real estate developer is a joint venture between MGF Developments Limited
and Emaar Properties PJSC (“Emaar”) of Dubai. Emaar is one of the world’s foremost real estate companies with operations in 16
countries. MGF has over the last 10 years established itself as one of the key players in retail real estate development in India.
The Company commenced operations in India in February 2005. Its primary business is development of properties in residential,
commercial, retail and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Manpower Planning & Budgeting:
o Supporting Sr. VP-HR & DGM-HR in preparing annual Manpower Budget report for the organization.
o Facilitated proper check & approval on the budgeted numbers under each department before Sourcing &
Recruitments for any requirement
o Prepared, Updated & Circulated monthly department reports on current offer & manpower status for each
department
o Preparing Attrition analysis report with DGM-HR

Sourcing & Recruitments:


o Implemented recruitment strategy to meet organizational staffing needs including cost effective sourcing
approaches and hiring process
o Managed complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after
planning & identification of manpower requirements in consultation with Department Heads of
different functional & operational areas.
o Responsible for all functions in Delhi/NCR, Eastern region’s talent acquisition & successfully recruited more
than 250+ employees in the span of three years
o Recruiting through Internal Sources, Head hunting, Consultants and through online job portals across
