Comments:
I’m not always as talkative, but when there is
something where I disagree with, I won’t
hesitate to tell so. I also try to give as much
input as possible, but it can always be more.
Observed Behaviours
During the meetings I was open and
ready to give my opinion on others their
ideas. This includes positive as negative
feedback.
During the meetings I could have give
some more input.
Impact:
I tried to give as much ideas as possible although
I wasn’t as active every time. But every time I
had an idea, I shared it with the group.
Recommendations:
Be a little more interactive during meeting,
because every time I have an idea it’s a good
one.
Criteria:
Participates in online communication
whether on chat or email, keeps other team
members informed about tasks, changes,
challenges or absence.
Comments:
I’m very easy to reach and communicate with. I
try to be as active as possible during group chats.
When I’m going to be absent, I always let the ret
of the team know.

Not encountered unforeseen
communication troubles.
When I’m not going to be available I
makes sure that most of the my work is
finished.
Impact:
I made sure that there were no misunderstandings.
I tried to be as clear as possible.

Communication is very important in a team.
