Mempelajari 3 pengaruh alat penggendali yaiucontroller, float level

Untuk mengetahui karakterisitk masing – masing parameter pengendalian
PID
Melakukan optimasi dengan mode PSV

III. Dasar Teori
Unit ini memungkinkan untuk menganalisis perilaku loop control, dimana
kuantitas yang dikontrol adalah tingkat (level) air dalam tangki. Perilaku kuantitas
dikontrol dapat diikuti secara visual sehingga mahasiswa dapat memahami
konsep-konsep dasar kontrol dan teknik pengontrolan secara intuitif.
Mahasiswa dapat memeriksa efek dari parameter kontrol yang berbeda
terhadap kinerja rantai kontrol dan stabilitas sistem, selanjutnya, mereka dapat
menjadi lebih akrab dengan komponen yang umumnya dipakai dalam aplikasi
industri moderen, karena sistem yang seluruhnya terbuat dari komponen kualitas
industri .
Unit ini memiliki dua versi, di mana elemen kontrol terdiri dari katup
pneumatik (CRL) atau katup listrik bermotor (CRL / E).

Dengan τI adalah konstanta integral time atau reset time dalam satuan
menit. Karakteristik penting pada controller jenis ini adalah konstanta waktu
integral. Konstanta ini merupakan parameter yang dapat diatur dan kadang-
kadang mengacu sebagai minutes perrepeat. Tetapi didalam industri yang
digunakan sebagai acuan adalah kebalikan dari konstanta waktu yang dikenal
sebagai resetrate.
Untuk mengerti cara kerja kontroler PI, misalkan terdapat perubahan error
sebagai fungsi step dengan besar ε. Pada awalnya, error =0, karena itu output dari
kontroler adalah Kc ε sebagai akibat kontribusi dari bagian integral adalah nol.
Setelah periode τI, kontribusi bagian integral adalah:

Ini berarti aksi kontrol integral telah “mengulang” respon dari aksi kontrol
proporsional. Pengulangan ini terjadi setiap periode τI menit seperti yang
ditunjukkan oleh gambar berikut ini. Inilah yang menyebabkan τI dinamakan
resettime.
Efek dari penambahan Integral pada controller ini akan menghilangkan
offset yang terjadi akibat proportional control, karena adanya integral terhadap
waktu. Jadi offset akan terkoreksi dengan berjalannya waktu, artinya untuk
menghasilkan respon yang tidak mempunyai offset maka memerlukan selang
waktu tertentu.
Efek lain dari penambahan integral adalah lebih lambatnya respon
sistem, selain itu pada sistem ini akan terjadi osilasi pada saat bagian integral
menghilangkan offset, serta timbulnya overshoot apabila ada perubahan beban.
Respon untuk jenis proportional +integra lcontroller terhadap perubahan
beban dapat dilihat pada Gambar3.3.
3.4 PID-Controller
Dengan aksi pengendalian proposional, controller menghasilkan signal
proposional terhadap error, hal mana kemudian menjadi penyebab terbentuknya,
offset dan overshoot.
Dengan aksi pengendalian integral, controller, memberikan signal yang
proposional terhadap waktu integral dari error. Aksi pengendalian integral ini
dapat digunakan sendirian untuk mengendalikan proses, tetapi umumnya dalam
kombinasi dengan aksi proposional. Umumnya aksi integral digunakan untuk
mengeliminasi offset
Dengan aksi pengendailian derivative, controller memberikan signal yang
proposional terhadap derivative dari kecepatan perubahan dari error, dan bukan
dari besarnya error. Aksi pengendalian derivative ini tidak dapat diaplikasikan
sendirian, melainkan harus dikombinasikan dengan 2 aksi lainnya seperti aksi
pengendalian proposional. Jika digunakan bersama dengan aksi pengendalian
proposional, pengedalian dengan derivative ini akan mengeliminasi oscilasi
yang berlebihan, tetapi tetap tidak dapat mengelminasi offset.
Aksi-aksi pengendalian proposional, integral, dan derivattive dapat saling
dikombinasikan untuk mengeliminasioffse, mengurangi overshoot maksimum,
dan meminimasi jumlah frekuensi dari oscilasi respon.
Respon proportional + integral + derivatif (PID) controller terhadap
perubahan beban dapat di lihat pada gambar 2.4.
