Date of Final Round of Interview : 29th September, 2010

Eligibility Criteria:
• B.Com + MBA(Fin), B.Sc (Maths/Stats)+MBA(Fin), BBA/BBM+MBA(Fin),
• M.Com+MBA(Fin)
• Qualifying percentage 60% and above in MBA(Finance)(Major)

Job Description:

The U.S. Tax Compliance Group is seeking qualified candidates to work at Deloitte's
Hyderabad facility.
• The U.S. Tax Compliance Group works with U.S.-based business clients to provide tax
compliance services, including income, sales and several other tax return preparation,
and computations.
• Specifically, this position will focus on providing individual tax and business tax return
preparation services, including U.S. federal, state and local income, sales and use tax
returns.
• The ideal candidate for this position would embrace the opportunity to gain extensive
knowledge in the field of U.S. income, sales and use tax, be detail oriented, and have
excellent people skills. Good communication skills in the English language both written
and spoken are strongly encouraged.
• The position includes local training to equip the qualified candidate with the necessary
functional and technical skills.

The dynamics concerning the work profile are as follows:

No contract is signed with the new hires

There would be no probation period

Work timings vary by U.S. Tax service line

1. Primary shift is 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.

2. Some teams work from 5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
3. It is generally not possible to switch timings once assigned
4. Any limitations on availability must be communicated during the
application/interview process
5. “Busy seasons” require stretching as your workload requires

The Hiring Process would be as follows:

Initial Screening of candidates through online testing:

1. English Reading and Use of English Test (Reading comprehension, synonyms, use of
verb forms, etc. all in all English language test).
2. Accounting Analysis, Financial Statements, Accounting Terminology, MS-Excel (2007
version).

HR Interview
Technical Interview
Final round

Package : The compensation offered for the above profile would be 3.76L
(including Performance Bonus & Transport Allowance).

Location : Hyderabad (only students willing to re-locate to Hyderabad
