 Synopsis

The project was undertaken at Crompton Greaves Ltd., is the one of

the leader in lamination production & has in-house tool manufacturing
facility.

During project period I have worked in the following areas:

• Design and manufacturing of 5-stage high-speed progression
tool.
• Design of segmental compound blanking tool with cut and carry.
• Design of segmental blanking tool with cut and carry.
• Modification of existing tool.

Amongst all, Design and manufacturing of 5-stage high-speed

progression tool is taken as the core project

The Tool is designed and manufactured for Newage, England.

Since to meet the production requirement progression was best
process.
