1. Introduction

1.1 Purpose

This document provides detailed description for new change requested by


business user. This Document should be read and approved by business user.

Extend Appointment Eligibility Rules

1.1 Introduction

As per increased business needs to allow complex appointments Appointment


Eligibility Rules based on many factors (service, vehicle elements, customer
attributes, Center, Time), CIS should facilitate those new business needs in easy
to use manner.

1.2 Purpose

CIS should allow defining complex Appointment eligibility rule to satisfy the new
business need and add way to exclude governmental vehicles from those rules.

1.3 Functional Requirments

Redesign the eligibility rules screen to be

1.5 Assumptions

# Description
System will not consider relation while defining eligibility rule, e.g. system
1 will always show all plate categories for selection despit of the selected
vehicle srouce (emirate)
System will consider only “Mandate” and “Dissallowed” rules and will

remove “Optional” type of eligibility rules as it has no meaning.
