Penyelenggaraan pendidikan guru adalah salah satu faktor yang
menentukan berhasilnya proses belajar mengajar tersebut, oleh sebab itu guru
harus memiliki kompetensi untuk mengorganisasikan ide-ide yang dikembangkan
dikalangan peserta didiknya, baik itu kompetensi profesional, pedagogik, sosial,
dan pribadi, sehingga indikator pencapaian tujuan pendidikan berupa peningkatan
prestasi belajar siswa.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan ada tidaknya pengaruh
kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPS
pada siswa kelas XI TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Trowulan, untuk menjelaskan ada
tidaknya pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran
IPS pada siswa kelas XI TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Trowulan, serta untuk menjelaskan
ada tidaknya pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap
prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPS pada siswa kelas XI TKJ SMK Negeri 1
Trowulan.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian
kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda tujuannya untuk
menjelaskan ada tidaknya pengaruh variabel-variabel bebas terhadap variabel
terikat. Dalam penelitian ini instrumen utama yang digunakan adalah angket
untuk mengukur kompetensi pedagogik guru dan motivasi belajar siswa yang
dipersepsikan oleh siswa dan dokumentasi untuk mengungkap prestasi belajar
siswa. Adapun data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.
Dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai F hitung 21,648 > F
tabel 3,16. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel
Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru (X1) dan Motivasi Belajar (X2) secara simultan
tehadap prestasi belajar (Y).
Dari hasil analisis data secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel
Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru (X1) 0,000<0,05 dan motivasi belajar (X2)
0,000<0,05 ada berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar (Y).

Motivation
In teacher education is one factor that determines the success of the
learning process. Therefore, teachers must have the competence to manage the
ideas that developed among the student participants, both professional
competence, pedagogical, social, and personal. So that the indicators of
educational achievement by improving student achievement.
The purpose of this research is to explain the lack of pedagogical
competence of teachers influence student achievement of IPS subjects in class XI
TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Trowulan, to explain the presence or absence of motivation to
study the effect of student achievement of economic subjects in class XI TKJ
SMK Negeri 1 Trowulan, and to explain whether there is influence of teachers'
pedagogical competence and motivation toward academic achievement of
economic subjects in class XI TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Trowulan
the methodology used in quantitative research this research is liniear
regression using double the goal is to explain the where abouts the influence of
the variables free on variables bound. In this research poll which used is the main
instrument for measuring competence pedagogical teachers and student learning
motivation perceived by students and documentation to reveal the achievement of
student learning. The data used is double linear regression analysis.
The results of the analysis of the data shows that the total amount of F
count 21,648 > F table 3,16. This indicates that there is influence between
variables competence pedagogical teachers (X1) and the motivation to study for
(X2) simultaneously to learning achievement (Y).
Of the analysis of partial data is showing that the variable competence
pedagogical teacher (X1) 0,000 < 0,05 and motivation of learning (X2) 0,000 <
0,05 there is a significant influence on achievement learning (Y)
