Memorandum of Understanding

Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh -522501.

The Memorandum of Understanding (herein after referred to as MOU) is signed on this ______
November 2018 between D.N.R College of Engineering & Technology, herein after referred
to as DNRCET and ESF Labs Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana, herein after referred to as ESF
Labs.

WHEREAS ESF Labs is a recognized Cyber Security and Digital Forensics Organization
providing Education, Research & Development, Training and Consultancy in the field of Cyber
Security, Digital Forensics, Malware Analysis, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration
Testing (VAPT) solutions for Corporate, Law Enforcement, and Academia across the globe.
ESF Labs is expertise in setting up Cyber Security & Digital Forensic Labs.

WHEREAS the DNRCET was established in the year 2010 at DNR College Campus,
Balusumudi, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, India. All the courses are
approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Department of
Technical Education (DTE), Hyderabad, Government of Andhra Pradesh. This college is
affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.

WHEREAS in order to provide Training, Internship, and Certification courses to the students
and faculty of DNRCET in the Cyber Security & Digital Forensics. ESF Labs and DNRCET
(collectively referred to as the parties) is desirous of enter into this memorandum of
understanding.

 Jointly undertake Cyber Security, Digital Forensics, Incident Response, E-Discovery,

and Malware Analysis trainings, Workshops, and Research programs.

THEREFORE, DNRCET and ESF Labs have decided to enter into the MoU embodied in this
document

DNRCET – ESF Labs MoU

 A. Terms of MoU

This MoU embodies the following terms:

I. Name of the course and certification

ESF Labs shall provide cyber security and digital forensics trainings and certification courses
to the Students and Faculty of D.N.R College of Engineering & Technology.

Resource:

1) ESF Labs shall provide expert faculties for conducting the said courses.
2) All expenses related to the travel, accommodation, lab set up, and fee payable for conducting
the said classes will be paid by DNRCET as per the norms.
3) ESF Labs will make all possible efforts for the development of courses and research jointly.
4) ESF Labs will design course curriculum for the certification courses.
5) ESF Labs will provide the training, and internship certificates to the students.

II. Cyber Security and Digital Forensics Lab Setup

1) ESF Labs will set up the Cyber Security & Digital Forensic Labs in the DNRCET campus
to train the students on the latest Cyber Security and Digital Forensics technologies.
2) The financial expenses to set up the above-mentioned Labs and the necessary tools and
software would be borne by DNRCET while the supply of tools, administration, technical
assistance, and training would be provided by ESF Labs.
3) The maintenance of this lab will be handled by ESF Labs till the time the MoU is in force.

III. Research

Students from DNRCET can pursue their research projects at ESF Labs during their internship.
ESF Labs will provide technical guidance and assistance to the interns in their Projects and
Research ideas as per the policy.

IV. Internships

ESF Labs would conduct interviews and short-list students from DNRCET to do their
internships at ESF Labs.

V. Training programs, Workshops and Certification programs

ESF Labs and DNRCET will jointly conduct training programs, workshops, and certification
programs for the Students, and Faculty.

 VI. Confidentiality

The Parties hereby agree not to disclose or divulge any confidential information which is not
generally available to public but received from a party to any third person.

VII. Arbitration

Any dispute of differences arising out of interpretations of any of the clauses listed shall be
resolved by mutual consultations and if any arbitration is needed the matter shall be referred to
the Principal DNRCET and IT Director, Skill Development, ESF Labs, and their decision shall
be binding on all the parties to the MoU.

VIII. Duration, Amendment, & Termination of the MoU:

This agreement will be in effect initially for a period of 3 years from the date of signing of this
MoU by both the parties and will be renewed further if mutually agreed. Either party may
terminate the agreement by written notification signed by the appropriate official of the
Institution initiating the notice. Such notice must be received by the other party six months prior
to the effective termination date. However, obligations and commitments already contracted for
and involving their parties shall be honored and continued by both parties until such
commitments are completed.
