 Post census expenditure : 20 crores
 Contigency : 250 crores
 Budget allocation( RE 2011-12) : Rs 2600 crores
 Expenditure/Release : 1548.47 crores (60%)
 Budget proposal fro 2012-13 : Rs 943.29 crores
