GETTING A TENANT

Background Note: During first week of April 2014, my friend Mr. Adhikari from Udaipur has shared
his personal views that he wish to give rent of his house and looking for a tenant. He had requested me
to judge astrologically when he able to get a tenant. At that time he had not provided any horary (seed)
number and I did not asked the same as I was busy in closure proceeds of accounts of my company
required for Q4 LR Audit. So I told him that I will judge horary chart as per my ease and urge. Later
when the strong urge was reflected in my mind and I self taken horary (seed) number and judged the
horary chart on behalf of Mr. Adhikari by rotating 11th cusp treated as Lagna of friend.

Name & Sex of Querent : Self, Male.

Question taken into consideration : When Mr. Adhikari will get a tenant for his house?
Horary (Seed) Number : 192 (out of 249) (on behalf of Mr. Adhikari).
Date & Time of judgment : 28-04-2014, 06:14:28 Hrs. IST.
Place of Judgment : Hind Motor – 22N41, 88E20, Hooghly, West Bengal, India.

Hints:
Consider the houses 4, 6 and 11 for getting a tenant. 4th house is for immovable property like house. 6th
house indicates tenant. 11th house is for success towards getting a tenant, fulfillment of desire, profits &
gains etc.

If the Cuspal Sublord (CSL) of 6th signifies 4 or 11, getting a tenant is assured during the joint-
period (DBA) of significators of 4-6-11.

Mercury is a fruitful (common) planet as it is deposited in star of Venus and signifies 4-11. Mercury is
in sub of Sun which is untenanted and conjoined to Mercury (lord of 11) and is aspected by Saturn®,
being untenanted and lord of 4 and aspecting to 6th cusp. Thus Mercury connected to all the relevant
houses 4-6-11; hence Mercury Dasha is taken into consideration.

Present Bhukti Lord: Saturn (From DOJ to 20-06-2016)

Saturn is a fruitful (common) planet as it is deposited in star of Jupiter and signifies 4. Saturn is
untenanted and CSL of 4-11 and retrograde; but posited in a star of a direct planet. Saturn is in sub of
Venus which is tenanted and occupant of 4. Thus Saturn signifies 4-11 and feebly connected to 4; hence
Saturn Bhukti is taken into consideration.

In Mercury Dasha and Saturn Bhukti, I prefer to select Mercury Anthra (From DOJ to 02-08-2016)
due to the followings reasons –

 In RP Chart, Mercury is in star (Venus) and sub (Sun) of planets which is also present under 5
direct RP’s;

 In horary chart, as discussed above, Mercury is connected to the all required houses i.e. 4-6-11.

TRANSIT
As the event will possibly fructify within a year, transit of Moon has to be considered.

TAKING COMBINATION OF RULING PLANETS

On 27-05-2014, Moon will transit in 6th cups in the star of Venus (RP Lagna Lord) and in sub of
Mercury (RP Moon Starlord). Sun is also favorable as it will transit into 6th cusp.

TAKING COMBINATION OF JOINT-PERIOD (DBA)
We have selected the DBA as Mercury-Saturn-Mercury as joint-period towards fructification of a
possible event. Mercury is a fast moving planet; hence its starlord has to take into consideration which is
Venus. And Saturn is a slow moving planet; hence its Sublord has to take into consideration which is
also Venus. Thus we have to check Moon’s transit into Venus star and in favorable house(s) of event.

Moon will transit into Venus Star for a period from 26-04-2014 to 27-04-2014. On 27-05-2014, Moon
will transit in 6th cups and Sun is also favorable as it will also transit into 6th cusp.

Mars Sookshma (from 24-05-2014 to 01-06-2014) will be in force by taking the Moon’s transit. Mars
is the significator of 6-11 and connected to 4 and will be in a direct motion; hence considered.

My Opinion: Getting a tenant is promised during the joint-period of DBAS Mercury-Saturn-

Mercury-Mars in between the period from 24-05-2014 to 01-06-2014.
Actual Facts: Prediction comes correct. The native/querent got a tenant, not as per expectation, in the
last week of May 2014.
