Exchange of puls/mA converter A10 in separator control panel type SCS 45D from

old design to the new design.

In the SCS 45D, there is a puls/mA converter A10 (Peppler & Fuchs, green relay) with
article number 31801-5215-1. The old relay has been changed by the manufacturer and
is replaced by a similar relay. The settings and electrical connections are however
different.

While the old relay had mechanically adjustable numbers in the front (five numbers for
example set on “10040”), the new relay have an LCD display in the front showing the
speed (rpm) while running, and parameters while programming.

If the old A10 relay is broken and has to be replaced by the new type, use the following
instructions of parameter settings and electrical connections.
