Audit Observations

01. Parking area shall be marked with white lines


02. Access control for PRT area
03. Toe guards for slab area
04. Access near to stair shall be closed or railing height shall be increased
05. Electrical connections shall be checked to ensure joints made with standard connectors
06. Close all opening on slab made for panel fittings
07. Electrical equipment shall be checked by electrical competent persons
08. Earthing to be checked
09. Spark arrester for DG shall be fixed properly
10. DG service records to be checked
11. Material stacking area shall be identified in advance for new PRT
12. Eye wash water changing records to be fixed on eye wash
13. Sign board to show way for eye wash
14. First aid box refile dates shall be recorded in checklist
15. Checklist for first aid box shall be in line with contents
16. Contact details with photo for first aider and fire warden to be fixed at visible locations
17. Fire extinguishers shall be placed properly in box or hanged on elevated location
18. Fire extinguisher monthly inspection tag shall be provided
19. All DB shall be fixed with ELCB
20. Socket in DG is modified. Need to change
21. Drip tray cleaning schedule to be prepared
22. Noise survey shall be carried out
23. Stickers for rack identification in stores
24. Quarantine bags at store area
25. Stickers for portable tools to be ensured
26. Lifting belt certificate for A04/2632
27. Temperature monitoring for chemical storage area
28. Chemical storage area shall be separate – all other materials shall be shifted to other
location
29. Safety harness belt shall be stored at elevated place in hanging condition
30. Eye wash to be provided at chemical storage area
31. MSDS for all chemicals shall be available at store
32. Spill containment shall be provided at chemical storage area
33. Earthing for store container
34. Cement storage area to be identified
