One Month Intensive Training Programme on CSI SAFE

We are pleased to inform you that Structural Design Institute has organised a one-month
Comprehensive Training Programme on "Computer-Aided Analysis with CSI SAFE".
Resource Persons : Eng. Tharanga Pradeep
Duration : One-month (four weeks)
Time : Four consecutive Saturdays (from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm)
Course Outline :
 Introduction to the interface, tools and facilities of CSI SAFE
 Foundation analysis and design with CSI SAFE (Isolated footings, Strip Footings, Raft
Foundations and Piled Foundations)
 Flat Slab Analysis and Design with CSI SAFE
 Analysis of Post Tensioned reinforced concrete slab systems with CSI SAFE

Course Fee : Rs. 25,000/=

A 10% reduced fee shall be applicable to those who had followed the
comprehensive training programme on ETABS or SAP2000.

Venue : Conference Room of Construction Industry Development Authority

(more commonly known as ICTAD), Wijerama Mawatha, Colombo 07.

Commencement : 12th March 2016, Saturday

Pre-requisite : Recommended to bring a laptop computer with the software CSI SAFE
installed.

Working knowledge of a structural analysis software like ETABS/

SAP2000 preferred.

A recognized Engineering degree is a pre-requisite.

A set of comprehensive notes and a participation certificate shall be awarded for the course
participants. Limited seats available, reservation shall be on first come first serve basis.
