Garansi Servis & Installasi Check local building consultant for compliance before
installation. Fasyndo does not warrant that its products
Fasyndo warrants its supplied products to the original
purchaser against all defects in material and workmanship
for one to three year from the date of purchase. At fasyndo’s
option, fasyndo’s obligation under this Limited Warranty is
limited to the repair of, or replacement of, defective prod-
ucts. Any obligation to replace defective products shall
not include the cost or expense of any labor necessary for
the replacement of the defective materials, but only the
provision of the replacement materials. Fasyndo will not be
liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses arising from
the use or inability to use our products, or abuse of the
products.
Fasyndo warrants that its products will meet electrical
standard specifications worldwide. Fasyndo shall in no
event be liable for incidental, consequential or special
damages. Fasyndo’s liability, express or implied, is limited to
the stated selling price of any goods found to be defective.
Surface wear, scratches, and color variations that occur
after installation are not considered defects and are not
covered by this warranty.
Fasyndo menjamin produknya dipasok ke pembeli asli, garansi
semua cacat bahan dan pengerjaan selama satu sampai tiga
tahun dari tanggal pembelian. Kewajiban fasyndo di bawah
Jaminan Terbatas pada perbaikan atau penggantian, produk yg
cacat. Kewajiban untuk mengganti produk yang cacat tidak
termasuk biaya atau beban kerja apapun yang diperlukan untuk
penggantian bahan yang cacat, tetapi hanya penyediaan bahan
pengganti. Fasyndo tidak akan bertanggung jawab atas kerugian,
kerusakan, biaya atau pengeluaran yang timbul dari penggunaan
atau ketidakmampuan penggunaan produk, atau penyalahgu-
naan produk.
Fasyndo menjamin bahwa produknya akan memenuhi spesifikasi
standar listrik di seluruh dunia. Fasyndo tidak bertanggung jawab
atas ringan, berat atau khusus kerusakan. Kewajiban Fasyndo
itu, tersurat maupun tersirat, terbatas pada harga jual yang
dinyatakan barang-barang bila ditemukan rusak. Variasi permu-
kaan, goresan, dan warna yang terjadi setelah instalasi tidak
dianggap cacat dan tidak tercakup dalam garansi ini.

proper installation of the product is the sole responsibility

Fasyndo’s obligation under this Warranty shall immediately
terminate if Fasyndo determines there are manufacturing
defects covered by this Warranty, Fasyndo will have up to
ninety (90) days after receipt of notification to process the
Owner’s claim (“Ninety Day Period”). Fasyndo is not respon-
sible for the cost of any repairs made prior to the Ninety Day
Period, unless it is authorized in writing by Fasyndo.
Periksa konsultan bangunan lokal untuk pemenuhan sebelum
instalasi. Fasyndo tidak menjamin bahwa produknya sesuai atau
bertemu dengan cara apapun dengan konsultan bangunan lokal
dan menentukan tindak kepatuhan tersebut adalah tanggung
jawab pembeli. Fasyndo tidak bertanggung jawab atas penggu-
naan, penyalahgunaan atau instalasi yang tidak tepat dari
produk. Instalasi yang tepat dari produk adalah tanggung jawab
pembeli dan pembangun atau kontraktor.
Kewajiban Fasyndo di bawah Jaminan ini harus segera berakhir
jika Fasyndo menentukan ada cacat manufaktur tercakup dalam
Jaminan ini, Fasyndo memiliki waktu hingga sembilan puluh
(90) hari setelah diterimanya pemberitahuan untuk memproses
klaim pemilik ("Sembilan puluh Hari Periode"). Fasyndo tidak
bertanggung jawab atas biaya perbaikan apapun yang dilakukan
sebelum Sembilan Puluh Hari Periode kecuali diizinkan secara
tertulis oleh Fasyndo.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN IS EXCLU-
SIVE AND FASYNDO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, IMPLIED OR
STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WAR-
RANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CON-
SEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR EXEMPLATORY DAMAGES
HOWEVER ARISING, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, MAY BE
RECOVERED AGAINST FASYNDO.
JAMINAN TERBATAS YG DITETAPKAN DI SINI ADALAH
EKSKLUSIF DAN FASYNDO TEGAS MENOLAK SEMUA
JAMINAN LAIN, BAIK TERTULIS, LISAN MAUPUN YANG
TERSIRAT, TERMASUK NAMUN TIDAK TERBATAS
PADA JAMINAN PERDAGANGAN ATAU KESESUAIAN
UNTUK TUJUAN TERTENTU. TIDAK KHUSUS, TIDAK
LANGSUNG, SEBAGAI AKIBAT, SENGAJA ATAU TIDAK
SENGAJA MENIMBULKAN KERUSAKAN NAMUN
TIMBUL, LANGSUNG MAUPUN TIDAK LANGSUNG,
DAPAT DIUNGKAP MELAWAN FASYNDO.
