SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

 Ensure that all planned maintenance work is ready to be performed with no delays. This includes the labor
requirements for the execution of the work and ensuring all parts and specialty tools are kitted and available
as needed.

 Evaluate and closely monitor the department’s KPI’s.

 Secure and properly maintain accurate records/plans within Computerized Mechanical Maintenance System
(CMMS).

 Presides over the training of maintenance/operations personnel regarding the proper use of CMMS systems
to ensure highest quality work orders are produced and maintained for future reference.

 Proactively perform root cause analysis through data interpretation.

 Interpret schematics to research necessary parts for the required maintenance inventory of contingency
plans.

 Conduct historical reviews of the program’s performance by administering, controlling and analyzing all
data, records and equipment histories.

 Develop engineered solutions by reviewing predictive results and performing inspections; analyzing
equipment history, maintenance cost reports and failure reports; reviewing service records, inspections
records and downtime reports; and analyzing work order data.

 Identify potential cost reductions through extended parts life, reduced labor cost, and other part-related
improvement techniques.

 Facilitate meetings with internal and external suppliers and customers to coordinate scheduled activities.

 Manage repair and maintenance costs to budget.
