ROBINSON’S RETAIL HOLDINGS INC.

________________________________________________________________________

Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. is one of the largest multi-format retailers in the
Philippines. We operate a diverse brand portfolio with the following major
formats: supermarket, department store, do-it-yourself, drugstore, convenience
store, consumer electronics and appliances, toys, one-price concept store,
international fashion and beauty specialty stores, and specialty coffee shops.

From the company’s beginnings with the first opening of Robinsons Department
Store in 1980 at Robinsons Place Manila, we have gained presence and have
established consumer trust in major cities and communities across the archipelago.
In 2017, we reached a store network of over 1,700 stores alongside more than
2,000 franchised branches of The Generics Pharmacy, which we acquired in 2016.

To fulfill our part in nation-building, we strive to foster meaningful relationships

with various business partners and create career opportunities for our diverse
workforce. As we expand, we usher in the growth of modern retail in previously
untapped markets. We engage both global and local suppliers to deliver safe and
high quality merchandise to our customers, while implementing a holistic business
development strategy geared towards corporate sustainability amidst a dynamic
economic landscape.

We establish strong ties with leading mall developers in the country and serve as
anchor tenants for Robinsons Malls which operates 47 malls in the country as of
end 2017. With our 40% stake in Robinsons Bank, one of the fastest growing
POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES

commercial banks in the Philippines today, we are exploring ways to enrich

synergies between the bank and retail.

We constantly aim to incorporate new and innovative technologies into our

operations. In December 2017, we acquired a minority stake in BeautyMNL. We
have likewise strengthened our presence in the e-commerce space with our
partners, Lazada, Zalora and honestbee. We also embraced cashless and mobile
payment platforms through collaborations with Mynt and Smart as we introduced
GCash and PayMaya in a number of our stores.

Data analytics has likewise become part of our business strategy, which we
operationalize through our Loyalty and Financial Products Division. With over 1.2
million Robinsons Rewards Card members, we have found ways to better
understand our shoppers and delighting them with products and services that are
responsive to their needs and preferences.

Capitalizing on our positive growth trajectory, we at Robinsons Retail

continuously strive to tackle new horizons in the Philippine retail industry.

Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. engages in the business of trading goods,

commodities, and merchandising of any kind. It operates through the following

SUSTAINABILITY
POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES

We at Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. believe in working together for a

sustainable future.

As our company grows, we want Filipino families and communities to grow with
us. The RRHI 2017 Sustainability Report was crafted with the same spirit of
accountability to our stakeholders that we have maintained through the years; with
a deep understanding of their needs and interests, we are able to deliver services as
a retailer of choice.

We believe the culture of sustainability is the inevitable step for greater

accountability among corporations. Tech-savvy, socially aware, and
environmentally conscious millennials will dominate the economy in the next
decade, while companies will seek to reflect the significant values they
communicate on how to prosper with ethics and integrity.

In 2017, we introduced the Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG)

Framework into our long-term strategy. For this, we have formulated the RRHI
Sustainability Framework guided by four key principles: Relationships with
stakeholders, Reduced environmental impact, Holistic economic growth, and
Integrity in management (RRHI).

STAKEHOLDERS' HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE

Stakeholders

The Company is committed to undertake all reasonable steps to ensure the health,
safety and welfare for the best interest of our stakeholders and the communities
where we live and work by complying with the provisions of law, industry rules
and regulations, standards of independent accreditation bodies where the Company
obtained accreditation, and contractual obligations.

Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. has always been a believer of what continuous
learning and development can do for its people and its businesses. Through various
Learning and Development (L&D) activities, employees are provided with
opportunities to develop, enhance, and enrich themselves with the skills sets they
need to perform their roles effectively and efficiently in support of Robinsons
Retail's overall vision and mission. Through the Robinsons Retail Academy, the
training arm of the entire Retail group, employees have a year round access to
different programs, from basic courses offered to all employees to highly
specialized curricula offered to a targeted group.

The major programs being implemented by the academy include:

CORE, Curriculum on Retail Excellence, is a two-semester offering of basic soft

skills courses for all regular employees of the subsidiaries.
POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES

Traineeship program aimed at developing our future store supervisors.

team collaboration sessions.

Learning and Development Opportunities for Management Team

Robinsons Retail, in collaboration with JG Summit Corporate Human Resources,

provides continuous learning opportunities to senior management team members.
Last September 30, 2015, Robinsons Retail's President with all the Business Unit
General Managers and Shared Services Heads attended the first ever JG
Leadership Summit. This was aimed at providing the JG Summit leaders with an
opportunity to learn from the Philippines' top business leaders as they shared their
successful leadership and entrepreneurial stories relating to the theme, "Cultivating
a Global Team of Entrepreneurial Leaders".

Moreover, there were a number of Robinsons Retail senior management team

members who attended courses under the Management Development Program of
the JG Institute for Leadership and Enterprise Development (JG-ILED). These
courses included Strategic Communication, Executive Coaching Program, Leading
and Managing Change, and On Becoming a People Leader.
POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES

For Robinsons Retail's senior and middle management, attendance in

seminars, workshops, conventions and exhibitions, organized by reputable third
party training and events providers on specific topics is highly encouraged. With
this, there was a noticeable increase in the number of people who attended third
party hosted seminars and workshops, from 20 in 2014 to 74 in 2015. Some of
these training and learning events included the Asia Pacific Retailers Convention
and Exhibition for Marketing Managers, Graphika Manila for Visual
Merchandising Managers and Officers, People Management Association of the
Philippines (PMAP) General Membership Meeting for HR Managers, Retail
Excellence Training for Robinsons Dep't. Store's Operations Managers, Are You
Ready for the Big One? for the Emergency Response Team Members,
Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP) Annual
Convention for the company nurses.

Highly Technical Training for Costa Coffee, Ministop and South Star

Costa Coffee Training

2015 marked Costa Coffee's entry to the market; thus, all employees were required
to undergo rigorous training, on both behavioral and technical skills, prior to

given the different modules.
POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES

Ministop Yellowtail Training

Ministop implements its own technical training called Yellowtail Program where
employees learn the basics of store operations. For 2015, the total number of
people trained and certified was 1,209.

South Star Drug Training

South Star Drug has been religiously training its employees in the technical aspects
of the pharmacy business. There were a total of 1,893 technical training slots
occupied by employees for the year 2015. Courses include Functional Induction

Apart from these highly technical trainings of Costa Coffee, Ministop and South
Star, all business units ensure that there is continuous Cashiering Training for all
cashiers, Visual Merchandising Training for Visual Artist, Business Systems and
Procedures Refresher Courses for Store Operations Team members, Customer
