Notes:
1. Best NOT to share any user bands between decoders.
2. Not always possible given the sw limitations, so sharing of tuner 3 settings on combinations of Exploras is the Only way.
3. DO NOT share userbands between (Explora, 4U, 4S) and Legacy decoders.
4. Sharing of a user band between Exploras on tuner 3 works. This is required when using the Explora 5-2 switch.
5. Some combinations are theoretically possible but have not been tested any any users (yet)
6. NB Only two decoders under one subscription are allowed at this point in time.
7. Port A seems to work best with Legacy Decoders (unconfirmed as to why this should be)
8. Some reports suggest that the gap between user band frequencies on a multi tuner decoder must exceed about 100 MHz (unconfirmed).
9. "T" stands for Tuner. All the decoders are multi-tuner decoders.
10. Legacy decoders such as the SD PVR, 1110, 1131, 1132 etc MUST be connected to the legacy ports on the SLNB. HD PVR's (4U, 4P, 2U and 2P can be connected to the legacy ports with or without a MS as required.
11. A SLNB's power consumption on the Unicable ports is 600mA Max at 11-19 Volts. There are restrictions on which legacy decoders may be connected to the Unicable ports.
Typically a PACE 4P or PACE 2P decoder can only supply a maximum of 425mA at 13V- 18V DC. A Legacy decoder should not be connected to a SLNB unicable port on its own. A combination of at least one Explora and a legacy decoder is required to
prevent overloading.
