3 Retaining spring
4 Gasket (charge air hose)
5 Mixing chamber
6 Gasket
7 Catch spring
8 Vacuum reservoir
9 Gasket
110/1 Charge air distribution pipe
110/5 Charge air hose

Remove/install
1 Remove trim panel of charge air manifold (1) Engine 611 AR01.20-P-5014-02A
Engine 612 AR01.20-P-5014-02B

*BA01.20-P-1003-01A
2 Detach vacuum hose (2) at vacuum control
unit (8)
3 Disconnect charge air hose (110/5) at mixing Installation: Replace gasket (charge air
chamber (5) hose) (4) and ensure exact seating of detent
spring (7), in order to avoid leakage.
4 Remove retaining spring (3)
5 Remove mixing housing (5) Separate mixing chamber (5) from
charge air manifold (110/1).
Installation: Clean sealing surface and
replace gaskets (6, 9), in order to avoid
leakage.
6 Install in the reverse order
