I think quite a lot of meaningful leadership experiences, have an impact on my life, but the following

is probably one of the most meaningful in my life. I was born in a disadvantaged family economy,
where my father worked as a parkingman and my mother was a food trader at a junior high school in
Lampung, Lampung. I've always had a lot of interest in many things, but until now the thing that has
attracted me most and become interested is business and cultural. And because of this situation, I
think I should be an independent, successful person , and not troubles my parents especially in
financial terms.

And the first step that I take with a way to challenge myself to start a small business selling mini
martabak bangka that I made and then I leave it in the canteen UNILA. Although sometimes i got
obstacles at first because it is difficult to market it and also sometimes my sales are not exhausted,
but in my opinion it includes the natural things experienced when we do business. And thank goodness
I didn’t bother my parents after starting a business. I realized and knew that I was just trying to try to
lead my self by did something just impact my self about finance issue to didn’t bother my parents.

I want to share my spirit and knowledge to the others, moreover when i know that there is a level of
competition in the world of work that's in Lampung, where's the unemployment rate open for 4.43%
or absolute increased 5,6 thousand of poeple over the past year (2017). so i want to change that
condition, even maybe just starting from just around UNILA campus only. when i was presidium of
EBEC (Economic and Business Entrepreneur Club) organization at my faculty as head of division of
management development and student business practice. i made a program called "Business
Incubator" for students below my batch that join EBEC.

I made that program with a purpose to provided as well as facilities and infrastructure for those who
want to practice entrepreneurship. which me and my staffs as tutors will assist and control members
of their business planning until the business is running. quite a number of obstacles are but one of
them is the lack of good coordination between members of tenant incubator with tutors and also the
presidium, made lack of maximum impact resulting from this activity. and maybe this is also a lesson
for me so that later the recruited tutors should be better selected so could able to focus on member
development. and thanks to God Because for now this program is still being running on EBEC
organization. So what I can learn from all above toughness, discipline, hard work, and consistency are
things that will support our success. for the last I will quote the phrase bill gates as follows: if you born
poor it is not your mistake, but if you die poor it's your mistake.
