Unit 3: PROGRESS

DRIVING QUESTION: How does society perceive progress? What is progress?

Overview and Expectations

Unit Overview:
Between the French Revolution and the First World War, much of the world was transformed by
changing economic, social and political forces.

Your TASK:

1) Complete a series of tasks at an appropriate pace to meet the learning objectives detailed on
your student performance tracker. You may move through these activities/assignments at your
own pace. You should, however, complete the activities in the order in which they appear on
your student performance tracker, and be sure you are providing your original work. Although
there will be opportunities to collaborate with others during some activities, you need to ensure
that all of the tasks you complete demonstrate your own understanding.

To demonstrate a strong ability to plan and organize, you need to maintain a calendar/keep a
log of your progress/what you accomplish each day. You can locate planning materials on the
class Weebly: https://worldhistory9asm.weebly.com/part-1-the-industrial-revolution.html
