VIII. Conclusion/Recommendation.

From the suggested course of actions, the best option that will benefit Hazel the most is if
she will expand her lawn care services. By her expanding her business, this will provide her higher
income, and higher income means a better way of living for her. Although there will be some
disadvantages in expanding the business, Hazel has the capacity to do it and it is also the perfect
time for her to expand since her business is still doing well. Hazel has the momentum and she has
the ability to provide the resources needed to expand the business as well. Financial limitations can
be addressed by availing loans while market problem can be solved by stronger marketing strategy
like creating online presence.
Continuing the business as it is and getting a job are good actions for her as well, but these
will limit her in terms of growth and income. It will surely enable her to meet her basic needs but
she can earn more than that. In both scenarios, there might be lower risks, but her progress will be
slow. Choosing to continue the business will make her and her business stagnant and not much
changes in her life will happen. Getting employed on the other hand will connote uncontrollable
working hours, and fixed income as well.

IX. Contingency Plan

If the desired course of action did not succeed, it is better for Hazel to continue her lawn care
services as it is. Minimal to no changes will be done and this will avoid any risks of failure for her
business. Hazel’s business is currently doing good and she has no problem so far. Although growth
is slow and income will be almost the same, she will not need additional capital, manpower, and
equipment.
The only thing that Hazel need is to train her employees even better. She should regularly
evaluate her employees In order for them to always be on their best behavior. Tools and equipment
should be maintained properly to ensure the quality service including meeting the demand of
customers.
