DESCRIPTION

KRIshak BHarati CO-operative Ltd is in need of a Purchase System

Automation solution to take over for an existing manual purchase system.

With limited extensibility and set functions, the current system is not

performing to expectations. The automation of all purchase activities will be

incorporated into the new system.

1. Technical Section

1.1 Understanding of the Problem

KRIshak BHarati CO-operative is in need of Automated Purchase System to

replace its current manual Purchase System with including all basic functions

of Purchase System. The new Software System will expand and integrate all

current official automation Functions.

1.2 Proposed Approach or Solution

KRIshak BHarati CO-operative is a Multi State Co-operative Society that

requires cost-effective Automated Purchase System.

The Goals of Genesis Futuristic Technologies Ltd. are to:

• Provide solutions for Automation of Purchase System with the ability

to easily add new features.


• Provide a framework to process whole Purchase Procedure at a lower

cost than possible for those currently being processed by existing

system.

• Improve functionality of the Purchase automation solution.

Genesis Futuristic Technologies Ltd. specializes in technology solutions

for all types of small businesses. We offer expertise in the utilization of

technology for business automation in a cost-effective manner.

We will provide Purchase automation package to include:

2.2 Deliverables

The detail document of each stage of the project will be provided to you.

This working structure will help you to understand what work the particular

stage will do and how it is being implemented. The documentation provided

to you will contain manuals and reports.

2.3 Project Schedule

The project will be completed within a period of 6 months. The first month

of the project will be utilized in studying the condition of how to implement

the system in the organization. The implementation of the further stages will
depend on the progress of the work during the first month of the project. The

detailed Project Schedule is provided in a tabular format with indicating the

required duration of time for completion of each task.

2.4 Related Experience

Genesis Futuristic Technologies Ltd. is one of the leading software company

that have been developing such kind of projects. Recently, we have developed Office
automation System for Investigative Systems, LLC. The main objective of this project

was to

- Provide solutions for office automation tasks with the ability to easily add new

features.

- Provide a framework to process papers at a lower cost than possible for those

currently being processed by existing system.

- Improve functionality of the office automation solution.

3. Cost Section

3.1 Labor Cost

The total work hours per week are 40 hours.

Total yearly working hours = 40 × 52

= 2080 hours per year

Assuming the annual salary of 2.4 lakhs.

The hourly labor rate will be = 115.38 Rs.
