Orlando Martinez. Present for Defendant: Atty. Jose Olmo. Also, Atty. Jane Becker was
present in court. Case was called for status conference re [365] INFORMATIVE motion;
[365] Motion In Compliance. Pending issue is the Municipality's failure to construct a
permanent gate on the property. It is plaintiff's contention that the agreement filed by the
parties required the area to be restricted, and then the construction of the permanent
gate. Defendant is claiming impossibility to comply with the agreement. Arguments
heard. After hearing the parties, the Court ordered that motions and cross motions for
breach of agreement and/or contempt of court be filed, including all facts and, if
necessary, requesting an evidentiary hearing. Motions due by 11/21/2018. Response to
