Clinical Ink Inc. is a product based company based out of Cambridge, MA, USA, building
Mobile and Web applications to improve study efficiency and quality by keeping patients
engaged, adherent and enrolled. The primary applications are SureSource & Centroshealth.
Designed to improve patient engagement for any phase study, CentrosHealth delivers
customizable mobile apps that educate and inform patients. Easy to deploy, CentrosHealth
is used by sites to engage and manage patients via their personal smartphone. Send
personalized appointment reminders, study-specific content and help patients track study
progress. CentrosHealth also captures remote patient data using a variety of wearable
medical devices, sensors and questionnaires. Reduce unnecessary site visits and study risk
via remote data captured directly from patients. Together, CentrosHealth and SureSource
eliminate the burden of manual data capture to dramatically improve clinical trial efficiency
and data quality.
Project: CentrosHealth
I am involved as a Sr QA Engineer and Lead in this project. My roles & responsibilities are:
• Assist the project as a SCRUM Master
• Taking up responsibility for end-to-end execution of most critical technical
stories on Day 3 of joining the company and imparting training to the QA
team (including the Managerial level resources)
• Ownership and leading team successfully in Product Release cycles
• Team with development services to develop testing strategies and scenarios and
release management plan to effectively and efficiently qualify Centroshealth
application on iOS and Android devices and Java based Web applications
• Using Google Analytics for analyzing Mobile app statistics
• Modifying and uploading system configuration JSON files through Amazon AWS file
server
• Using Postman to create device KIT IDs for QUALCOMM 2Net health monitors
Oximeter, BP Monitor, Actigraph, Strive and training the team on the same later
• Create Testing artifacts - Test Plan, Test Suite (on JAMA), Test Reports

ORGANIZATION: Travelers-Canada
The Travelers Companies is the second largest writer of U.S. commercial property casualty
insurance and the third largest writer of U.S. personal insurance through independent
agents. The project involved testing of CXML and CSIO files through Dragon UI application
named Travelers Canada Policy System (TCPS) and internally developed Java based tools
Comparison Tool and Collection tool. The essence of the whole cycle was Premium of Manual
Policy Submission in TCPS UI, uploaded CXML file (through SOAP UI or Collection tool) and
CSIO file upload premium should match with SAS/Actuarial rated premium. Quick Quote
project involved testing only CSIO returned premium vs SAS.
InteraXon is a product-based company with innovative and futuristic solutions. The basis is
Brain Controlled Interface (BCI) technology. The product designed is a headband named
Muse and associated software application called Calm - built on Java, C++, and Python. The
application is available on all types of Android and iOS platforms, also off recently, on
Blackberry. The technology is based on the theta, delta, gamma, beta waves that generate
from the brain according to its state. Muse catches the brain signals of the wearer and
conveys to Calm installed on the Bluetooth paired smart device. Calm simulates the signals
and calculates to display the user how they can improve their brain health.
The company is now designing EmoType – a typing software which will translate emotions
into fonts.
Project: ixNimbus
I was involved as a Senior QA Engineer and Android Project Lead in this project. My roles
& responsibilities are:
• Create Testing artifacts - Test Plan, Test Suite (on TestRail), Test Reports
• Defect Tracking, Defect Logging & defect Report preparation through JIRA
• Mentoring and Supervising the team members to continue growing in technical
capabilities and professionally
• Test product applications on all types of iOS & Android devices
(iPhone/iPod/iPad, LG, Google, Samsung, Amazon phones, tablets)
• Using Unity & Xcode to build application code on devices
• Extensive use of Git and SSH commands for pulling code for each platform after
each new build through Agile process

Sunetra is involved in testing Vecna Applications and Tools for VPS, CliniPAK, CIHA, QC
Bot and Platform Projects (Survey, Patient Portal, Kiosk, and Admin).
Project Abstract: The VPS Application deals with Patient Self Service and Patient Queuing
in VA hospitals – where Patients can check themselves into appointments from Kiosks and
the Clerk can help by calling them by system generated queue numbers through VPS Digital
Displays. For facilitating the Clerk, there is an Admin system which has different levels of
access. Clerk or Admin people can access/modify Queuing system, Patient Information,
Survey through this. Patient can also access the Patient side application from Nexus, iPad
Tablets and iPhone, nexus phones. Patient can access Anonymous Survey, Kiosk Survey or
Portal Survey on all types of platforms.
Project: CliniPAK
Project Abstract: CliniPAK application assists doctors and nurses to record a Patient’s
health and medicinal records. This application is being used for remote areas in African
countries like Nigeria, Zanzibar etc. The application facilitates a nurse/provider to collect
health, personal and medications information and save it for detection or further medical
procedures.
Project Abstract: CIHA application was designed to enhance the clinical flow experience
for Cherokee Hospitals for both the clerk and the patients – abolishing the older manual
system. This application has ability to divide medical providers in teams and update queuing
system accordingly.

Project Abstract: PSS (Patient Self Service Platform project) was an inventive way to
consolidate different features from different projects and create a platform – which would be
vast but highly organized and have flavors of all kinds to offer to the new clients of Vecna.
