AFFIDAVIT OF SOLE HEIRSHIP/ADJUDICATION

WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

I, MARIANO VERGARA MALLARI, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, and a resident of
Mabini, Moncada, Tarlac, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and say;

1. That I am the only surviving legal heir of the late APOLONIA VERGARA MALLARI,
who died INTESTATE on _____________at ____________________, photocopy of her death
certificate is hereto attached for reference;

2. That the said deceased left a parcels of land, particularly described as follows, to wit

Transfer Certificate of Title No. 385560

“A parcel of land (Lot No.11 of the subd. Plan, (LRC) Psd-154282, being a portion of Lot
1976-B-1, Psd-6178), situated in the Barrio of San Roque, Municipality of Moncada, Province of
Tarlac. xxx Containing an area of SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY THREE( 6,933)
SQUARE METERS, MORE OR LESS,”

3. That the deceased left no debts or obligation to any person or entity;

4. That the deceased left no WILL and TESTAMENT;

5. That pursuant to Section 1 Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Republic of
the Philippines, I hereby adjudicate unto myself the above described property.

DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

That by virtue of these presents, I the only compulsory heirs of the late deceased, for and
in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ( P100,000.00), Philippine
Currency , receipt of which in full is hereby acknowledged to our full and complete satisfaction
from ANGELA TARANGCO SIMEON, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and a resident of
Legaspi, San Manuel, Tarlac, do hereby these presents SELL, CONVEY and TRANSFER
absolutely and irrevocably unto the said VENDEE the above mentioned parcel of land, free from
any and all liens and encumbrances.
